La revolución de la IA: Transformación de procesos empresariales en la era digital

La acelerada evolución de la inteligencia artificial (IA) viene redefiniendo los modelos de operación en las empresas, así también viene generando profundas transformaciones en la gestión estratégica, los procesos internos y la creación de valor. Este capítulo analiza, desde una perspectiva científica y crítica, cómo las tecnologías basadas en IA (incluyendo aprendizaje automático, procesamiento del lenguaje natural, visión por computadora y agentes autónomos) están siendo incorporadas en diferentes sectores para optimizar procesos, reducir costos y mejorar la toma de decisiones. Mediante la revisión de literatura reciente y casos documentados, se examinan los mecanismos mediante los cuales la IA impulsa la automatización inteligente, la personalización de servicios, la analítica predictiva y la innovación organizacional. Asimismo, se discuten los desafíos emergentes relacionados con la gobernanza algorítmica, la ética, la seguridad de los datos y la adaptabilidad del talento humano ante los nuevos entornos laborales digitales. Los resultados evidencian que la incorporación estratégica de la IA no solo representa una ventaja competitiva, sino que constituye un factor determinante para la sostenibilidad empresarial en la era digital. Este análisis proporciona una base conceptual y aplicada para comprender las dinámicas de transformación que actualmente configuran el futuro de los procesos empresariales impulsados por IA.
